Enterprises have to migrate to quantum-safe encryption, but most can't see where their cryptography lives or which systems would break first when it changes. ThreatPoint is the first product Point Wild has built and launched internally, and I'm its founding designer.
Key decisions & outcomes
From a generic scanner to answering the question customers actually had: what breaks first?
Research-led pivot
Led 14 customer research sessions that moved the product from a generic crypto-scanning tool to blast-radius and migration-impact analysis, the shift that defined the product.
A data model before a UI
Turned cryptographic taxonomy, system dependencies, and quantum posture into a clear data model and plain-language interface, organized around customers' biggest pain: not knowing which systems would break first.
A design system from day one
Built and own the design system (components, tokens, documentation) used across product, engineering, and marketing, with an MCP link between Figma and Storybook that reduces design-to-code drift.
